Shipping carrier & ship time
We ship to the US only via USPS or UPS (select at check out) and it takes about a week. We are still testing this, so please let us know your experience via the Feedback page.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on unworn garments. We do not have hangtags at this time, so we are using the honor system. Your honesty really helps our small business. If we deem the garment worn, we will not grant the return.

Warranties & Repairs
While we hope our bibs don’t require repairs anytime soon, we know shit happens. So, we set up a partnership with Madrona Wear in Bellingham to repair any garments. Madrona Wear backs their repairs.
We want your Awning gear to live a long and full life outside of a landfill, so we will pay half the repair cost up to $50. Madrona Wear invoices us, and we will then invoice you.
